Haven't had a chance to figure out if it's my setup or if a recent #freebsd ports change broke X-#wayland (seems likely, neither #sway, nor #hikari support X apps). So I temporarily reverted to i3.
What I notice: - #hikari's window management is superb - that apps can go fullscreen on their own is an anti-pattern - I truly miss #hikari's focus-grab/release workflow - #wayland comes with a bunch of annoyances, some things just *feel better* on X
